Retail Management

• Organize regular tenants’ communication sessions for marketing updates and management of issues.
• Ensure tenants comply with key lease covenants such as permitted use, operating hours, signages, connection to POS, submission of sales data, etc.
• Drive campaigns and space activations.
• Manage social media platforms, websites etc.

Emergency

• To lay down procedures and contact numbers of persons to be contacted for dealing with emergency situations such as pipe burst, fire, power failures, structural damage, etc.
• To ensure the implementation and maintenance of the OMS system in accordance to establish organizational standard.
• Reporting & Budgeting
• Prepare accurate, timely and completed reports, including monthly performance reports and variance reports for review by senior management.
• Prepare annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts relating to the operating expenditure under your charge.
• Manage all accounts payable for the property, including collection, and approval of invoices.
• Respond to problems and concerns and ensures compliance with rules and regulations.

• Experience in managing and resolving conflicts, negotiating settlements, and finding win-win solutions will be highly beneficial in this role
• Knowledge of operation, maintenance, fit out practices and related local ordinances.

The Credit Risk Management Team is part of the Private Bank Credit Operations group. This team monitors JPM Private Bank exposures (including loans, mortgages & derivatives) secured by financial assets, such as equities, fixed income products and other asset types. The functions performed by this team are critical to protecting the bank from potential credit losses.

Working closely with Lending Solutions, the team is also responsible for a wide range of functions such as administration and monitoring of PB Asia credit facilities in line with corporate credit policy, review & monitoring of credit covenants, transaction approval and other special monitoring requirements as well as regulatory reporting.

Job Responsibilities

• Works closely with various Digital Document Services (DDS) backend refiling business stakeholders (Cash Operation) to support APAC Record Retention & Destruction Program.
• Partner with LOB data Owners to identify DDS inventory list and retrieve handover form as per request.
• Review/dispose of documents which have expired past the retention period and due for destruction.
• Undertake Docvault entry governed by DDS evergreen model.
• Perform reconciliation activities with stakeholders and produce internal MIS reports for regular update.
• Liaise with vendors to offsite documents post internal joint review with sign off form/retraction form.
• Establish/update Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) which include control measures and ensure the SOPs are in strict compliance with internal policies as well as governing rules.
• Adhere to all control standards including local regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree required.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a middle office or control function within a financial institution.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Sharepoint and Word. Knowledge of automation tools such as Alteryx, Xceptor, and Visio is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to independently drive discussions with stakeholders.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving team environment.
