Project Engineer Duties and responsibilities:
• Planning and organizing construction projects, including developing project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Supervise construction activities, monitor progress, and address any issues or delays that arise during the construction phase.
• Manage project documentation, review project plans, specifications, and contracts. Provide technical support to project team members.
• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create design plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Procure materials, equipment, and services required for construction, ensuring compliance with project requirements and regulations.
• Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to provide project updates and address concerns.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on construction sites.
• Assist the project team with site safety documentation and coordination.
• Report and coordinate with Project Manager
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years relevant local experience in construction industry.
• Bachelor’s degree majored in civil engineering or other relevant fields recognized by PEB (Professional Engineers Board) or recognized by IES (Institution of Engineers Singapore).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency on computer program and engineering software.
