• Execute first mile and last mile routing operations.
• Oversee first mile and last mile performance of all fleet types to ensure SLA is met.
• Retain driver community via regular check-ins and engagement.

SUMMARY

As an operator transporting cargo to over >110 airports across Asia, we are at the frontlines of this large, but unsexy space. This white space motivates us to redefine the way the supply chain operates and be the one-stop end-to-end delivery solutions provider. With experience in 1st Mile, Last Mile and Customs Clearance operations, we’d like to further expand our services to provide on-demand, hyper local delivery, not limited to parcels, but food and groceries as well.

A DAY IN A LIFE

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

• Assistance to customer for booking.
• Shipment Booking and reservation.
• Preparing Booking Sheet.
• Back up to sales team and act on their behalf.
• Coordination with customer, accounts and operation.
• Coordination with interline partners, counterpart & HUB.
• Preparing spot sheet & Onward sheet.
• Maintaining all data records.
• Maintaining basis reports.

[What you will be working on]

Your key responsibilities include:

• Evaluating students' applications for financial assistance schemes

• Advising students and their parents on fee payments and plans

• Liaising with external agencies on bursaries, career-counselling, student insurance, surveys and other student-related matters

• Organising student activities and programmes

• Liaising with self-help groups for our students' welfare

• Overseeing the production of our students' concession and other cards

[What you will be working on]

Your responsibilities include the following:

• Liaise and collaborate with our staff and student users to identify and respond to their teaching and learning needs, through provision of our Library services and digital library resources.

• Identify and evaluate emerging trends and developments relevant to academic libraries and vocational education, and recommend best practices for a digital-first library.

• Produce user education and engagement content for digital and print publicity channels.

• Collate, analyse and write library reports, including reports relating to library performance, statistics, survey and feedbacks;

• Support Library Digitalisation initiatives and projects using data analytic applications such as Power BI and Alma Analytics to discover user needs and enhance our digital services.

[What we are looking for]

• Experience creating and curating digital content and using digital marketing and social media channels to engage our users and promote our library services.

• Good knowledge in emerging digital trends and technologies and its applications in the library; experience in Ex Libris’ Alma, Primo VE and Library Mobile App would be an advantage.

• Excellent writing, oral communication and presentation skills; and experience in conducting workshops and training, in particular information literacy classes is preferred.

• Ability to adapt and contribute to a diverse team of staff and adopt a user-centred approach in the provision of library services.

• Background in professional Library or Information Science with relevant working experience in academic library is a bonus.
