• Work together with Project Director to ensure project progress meet project submission, project schedule including coordinating activities and resolving problems
• Managing the work activities and performance of the subcontractors, supervisors and workers and liaise with clients, relevant authorities and consultants to resolve bottlenecks
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Communicating project status updates to stakeholders, including clients, management and team member
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Maintain quality standards, carry out site inspections and resolve technical issues on time
• Prepare and update all site reports, monitor and report progress of project
• Conduct safety compliance and risk assessment

Minimum 8-10 years of relevant local experience.

Manage the overall staff and overseas their performance. Handles the customers feedback. communicate well with staff as well as the customers. overseas the daily operations at the shop and evaluate each staff performance. identify the companies innovations sides to improve the overall business. come up with strategies.
