Job Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare registration documents according to country specific guidelines for submission to legislation authorities.
• Consolidate and compile raw data, reference information and product technical specifications.
• Assist in the preparation of GMP related requirements
• Coordinate with laboratory, production and other relevant departments to gather registration requirements.
• Coordinate with customers on registration requirements.
• Arrange endorsement for regulatory documents.
• Liaise with relevant authorities (NEA, SCDF, SPF, HSA and MOM) on licensing, compliance and other legislative matters.
• Evaluate new products if license is required according to local regulations.
• Prepare Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and GHS labels in accordance to Globally Harmonized System (GHS) standards.
• Manage registration sample requests, receipts and dispatch by proper recording and monitoring and storage.

Job Role Requirements:

· Diploma / Nitec in applied Chemistry, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology or any other science related discipline

· Experience in lab testing is an advantage

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday : 8.15am-5.30pm

Job Description:

• Conducting internal audits and checking internet system logs. Reviewing marketing and promotional materials.
• Preparing various compliance reports including compliance meeting minutes, breach report, incident report and maintaining compliance registers.
• Performs ad-hoc tasks as assigned by a superior.

Job Requirements:

• Have a minimum educational qualification at diploma holder or equivalent.
• Be able to listen, speak, read, and write English at a proficiency level equivalent.
• Capability of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Willing to learn with positive working attitude.

Job Requirements:

• Degree qualification required, preferably in Finance or Law
• Capability of working under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Experience within an OTC derivatives issuer environment an advantage
• Minimal experience is acceptable

• 5 days work week (Monday to Friday)
