MAIN RESPONSBILITIES

• Provides technical expertise related to the product, equipment and manufacturing/cleaning processes in response to deviations/ product complaints/ adverse events to identify point of occurrence, root cause and corrective/ preventative actions. • Manages and performs the proactive monitoring of the performance of process parameters, critical quality attributes and equipment/module(s)/unit operation(s) performance during manufacturing and cleaning. This could involve leading/participating in Prospective Process Analysis (PPA), statistical analysis and response to shifts and trends in process performance. Undertakes responsibilities as an active site product steward and is a member of the Value Chain Technical Team where applicable.
• In addition, leads Continued Process Verification and participates in Annual Product review activities as part of product lifecycle management. The Job:

Manage, maintain, and optimize Windows-based infrastructure and associated technologies within the company's hybrid IT environment.

Responsible for ensuring the health, performance, and security of Windows servers and systems, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and support enterprise-wide solutions.

The Role:

• Implement and manage Windows-based infrastructure and associated technologies.

• Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and security of Windows servers and systems.

• Configure and troubleshoot.

• Install, configure, and manage Windows servers and services.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support enterprise-wide solutions.

• Perform routine system and application updates, patches, and upgrades.

• Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.

• Provide level 2 and level 3 support for Windows-related issues.

• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.

The Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field.

• Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in administering Windows-based systems and infrastructure.

• Proficiency in Windows Server operating systems (2019).

• Familiarity with monitoring tools and systems management solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, or equivalent are a plus.

• Microsoft System Center Suite (SCOM).
