- To perform carpentry and joinery works

- Measure and cut materials precisely

- Good understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction

- Skillful with wood working machineries router, planner, sanding machine, edge bending, circular saw,hand saw.

- Able to read, draw and understand carpentry drawing

- Able to complete tasks within the timeline

- Adhere to safety standards and policies at all times

- Fabrication and installation on-site

- Loading /unloading of carpentry

- Any other ad hoc works as assigned by the Supervisor

- At least 5-8years of working experience as a Carpenter.

• To provide wherever and whenever necessary standing supervision for the construction of civil and structural works in accordance to the Project specifications, construction drawings and Building Control Act and Regulations.
• To be overall in charge of the management and control of a team of site staff or Resident Technical Officer(s) in performing their duties on site so that they can provide satisfactory supervision and to take responsibility of their work and performance.
• To oversee in all aspects relating to the construction of the Project, keeping and submitting record of works, materials, equipment at site, attending meetings, keeping minutes of meetings and discussions, assisting in the co-ordination of Contractor’s works with Consultants and any external parties like neighbouring contractors and utility companies.

Requirements:

• Minimally a Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board.
• Candidate must be a registered Resident Engineer with BCA.
• At least 6 years site supervisory experience in LTA projects.
• Must be literate in English and have a good knowledge to use computer, computer software, e.g. Microsoft

Our office seeks an experienced PLC /SCADA Programmer. This position will be responsible for programming automation and controls systems involving PLCs (programmable logic controllers). Must have proven experience in PLC logic and programming with any of the following PLCs: Allen Bradley, Modicon, GE Fanuc, Siemens, AutomationDirect, Mitsubishi, Omron, Aromat, Toshiba, etc. Must be able to create and read logic and flow diagrams for program design, programming, simulation and testing, and start-up. Experience with logic auto-generation from templates is a plus.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in programming leadership as well as the ability to develop and implement standard engineering practices, as well as provide detailed documentation upon project completion. This person will be the project technical lead and may be responsible for some project management activities. A BS in Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering is desired. A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position is required. Experience in Automotive, Food Processing, Bio-Tech, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, or Water/Wastewater industries is a plus.
