• Minimum five (5) years of experience as RTO, of which at least two (2) years shall be in supervision of works similar in nature to the Works
• Diploma in Civil or Structural engineering from a recognized tertiary institution or relevant qualifications.
• Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore.
• Have a certificate in Workplace Safety and Health Management in Construction Industry or equivalent.

Job Description

• Responsible in all activities connected with a project from planning, through design and implementation till completion stage
• Monitor all design related issues relating to facade from design brief to approval of construction drawings from Architect
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project schedules
• Prepare project deficiency lists and monitor projects towards timely completion according to schedule
• Execute project according to schedule and tender specifications within contract budget
• Review project plans and specifications, feedback on the design, scheduling, and cost-saving measures and identify potential construction problems
• Ensure timely delivery of construction drawings, sample approval, mock up, site works, etc. to overall project construction schedule
• Attend technical meeting with consultants and specialist on issues
• Coordinate detailing of facade and RC structure
• Comply with company's ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards

Job Requirements

Objectives of this role

• Planning, coordinating and managing all phases of construction projects, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closeout.

Required skills and qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and safety regulations in the Indian context.
• Excellent project management skills, including effective planning, organising and prioritising tasks.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents, including project blueprints and construction schematics.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage project teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in construction management software, project scheduling tools and cost estimation software.
• Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and green building certifications.

Preferred skills and qualifications
