• Farmiliar with Environmental Protection Act.

Job Requirements:

Possess a valid registration with MOM as Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO)
Candidates with at least 3 years of experience (post-registration) highly preferred
Candidates with prior experience in construction industry highly preferred
Candidates with Managing Work At Heights Certification will be advantageous;
Candidates with Confined Space Safety Assessor Certification will be advantageous;
Candidates with Lifting Supervisor Course Certification will be advantageous;
Candidates with First Aid Course Certification will be advantageous;
Candidates must be willing to work in construction environment
Experience in EPC on government project will be an added advantage.

Position title : Junior Marine Surveyor

Working Location: Islandwide [On ship]

Working Days: 5 Day A Week

Working hours : 0830 hrs to 1730 hrs [Prepared to work irregular hour due to ship schedule/Public Holiday]

Salary : Basic $2300 excluding overtime (During peak period OT at least 20 hours) + Allowance depends after probation

Job Scope

To attend / carry out various types of survey on board ship and sites on cargo, cargo measuring equipment and marine related activities.

To perform marine survey onboard vessels and cargo inspection on sites in order to assess and report on their condition for insurance claim.

To verify the equipment onboard vessel to ensure compliance with various standards or specifications.

Job Requirement

Nitec/ITE related in marine or Diploma in Nautical, Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering or Marine related from a local polytechnic/private institution.

Experience onboard vessel will be an advantage.

Prepare to work at irregular hours including Public Holidays due to ship schedule.
