Responsibilities:

• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Prepare precise shipping documents while adhering to regulations and L/C guidelines.
• Promptly send shipping documents and notify importers.
• Investigate and address logistics-related claims efficiently.
• Keep SAP records up to date with high accuracy.
• Ensure the integrity of both digital and physical records.
• Produce detailed and timely logistics reports and documentation.

Requirements:

• Min 2 years of warehouse operations experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Officer
• Min O Level

Job Description

• Responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance to matters related to safety, health and environment
• Monitor and implement environmental, health & safety management system on site
• Conduct routine site inspections to identify WSH non-compliance, unsafe work conditions and practices
• Investigate accidents and advise the remedial and preventive measures
• Prepare reports for submission to project managers, client and statutory boards
• Perform ECO duties as required
• Assist Safety Manager with ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Possess a Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health
• Possess a Specialist Diploma in Civil Engineering and Construction
• Possess a valid registration with IES-ACES as a Earth Control Measures Officer
• Possess a valid registration with NEA as Environmental Control Officer (ECO)
• Candidate with one year WSHO experienced are welcomed but must have minimum 12 years of experience in tunnelling and foundation works
• Strong interpersonal skills with good communication skills
