Responsibilities
· Oversee all architectural works on site.
· Organizing and preparing construction and architectural documents and drawing.
· Prepare and submit CAD drawings to relevant consultant including shop drawing.
· Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings.
· Carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisitions, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
· Coordinate with Architect, Structural and M&E colleagues and sub-contractors to resolve related issues.
· Ensure all submission of materials and mock up for early approval.
· Attend site meeting and coordination.
Requirements
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
· At least 5 years relevant working experience.
· LTA project experience preferred.
· Required Skills : BIM, Autocad
· Work independently.
