Job Scope

• Co-ordinate various terminals (Fomopay, Grab etc)
• Attend to queries from outlets with regard to the various terminals
• Troubleshoot various terminals
• Co-ordinate and organise display materials and ship overseas and for Singapore
• Planogram display and listing
• Supporting various countries Ops requests
• Design, review and implement Co retail store concept to all retail stores
• Regular stores visit and review of Co retail store concept
• Record and feedback to office with regard to retail stores
• Monthly changes of promotion display. Feedback and review of stores promotion display
• Any other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned by the Manager

Requirements

• With experience of involving in new outlet set up
• Knowledge of Microsoft office is a must

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage an ever-changing complex calendar with an understanding of business priorities to offer alternatives and considerations as needed to maximize the Partner’s time and efficiency.
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee a wide variety of internal and external meetings that are both on-site and off-site.
• Organize complex domestic and international travel arrangements. Anticipate and coordinate point-to-point travel and logistical needs.
• Organize and prepare materials in advance of meetings, maintain files and record keeping systems, including files that may be confidential.
• Prepare and submit expenses for the Partner and other executives in accordance with company guidelines.
• Provide support to company's external visitors and guests by assisting with meeting setup, catering, and logistics.
• Support business objectives under guidance by building relationships with clients and client’s assistants to coordinate schedules and facilitate information flow.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• BS/BA degree in a relevant discipline with 3-4 years of experience working in finance, investment company supporting multiple stakeholders and the executives.
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to occasionally work outside normal office hours to accommodate APAC time zones, including responding to timely e-mail requests as needed
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively with all levels throughout the organization.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Job Description

• Performing daily accounting functions & maintain part/full set of accounts incl GL,AP,AR
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation
• Prepare customer SOA
• Maintain proper documentation & filing records for audit

Job Description

· Monitor and maintain fleet marine operations status, Sourcing for Vessels when required, searching for business opportunities for chartering of available vessels, verifying and drafting of chartering agreement, Ensure delivery of vessel.

· In-charge of crew selection, conduct interviews, brief crews on the company’s policy and procedures

· In-charge of applying manifest and coordination of vessels going in and out of project site

· Handling Vessel Operations including physical Boarding documentations, clear vessels in/out of port with as little delay as possible, Prepare documentations such as port and immigration clearance, Declaration etc to relevant government statutory departments. Monitor vessel whereabouts and constantly communicate with the boat masters on their location.

· Ensure safe operations of the vessels and compliance to all international marine requirements

· Handling insurance for the company’s fleet of vessels. Proper Records and documentation of insurance for all vessels.

· Liaise with insurance company and crews if vessel require to claim insurance.

· Verify all relevant documents and certificates for newly purchased vessels.

· Other ad-hoc Duties assigned by superiors.

Requirements

· Good Interpersonal Skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of management.

· Possess good negotiation skills, leadership and management skills

· Strong Problem-solving and Analytical Skills and are able to work in a stress environment.

· Able to accept responsibility and be accountable for the result, regardless of good or bad

· Detailed knowledge of the management and operation of marine vessels

· Must be competent with ship management( Navigation, information sharing)

· Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Marine related fields.

· At Least 5 years of experience in marine/shipping industry in Singapore.

· Able to travel overseas.
