The Job

The primary focus of this position is to lead and manage the MRO operations (Pt 145), within the LSI Aerospace division. What you’ll do

The Channel Partnerships team in Singapore is responsible for expanding Airwallex’s partner relationships across South East Asia and South Asia, specifically across three core industries: Start-ups, Ecommerce and Corporate Service Providers. Airwallex’s partner relationships drive brand awareness, customer acquisition as well as various forms of product integrations and co-marketing opportunities. We are seeking a Channel Partnerships Manager to drive the expansion of Airwallex into new regional markets.

This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Acquire and manage relationships with channel partners and strategic ambassadors who will enable Airwallex’s new market expansion, particularly within the e-commerce, startup and corporate service provider space.
• Manage all processes for acquiring and managing Airwallex partnerships (prospecting, meetings, contracting, integration (if required), onboarding and on-going management/ activation)
• Overachieve your revenue targets through referrals from your partnerships.
  Coordinate with cross-functional teams within Airwallex, including legal, strategy, operations and finance where required to unlock new partner segments/ markets and deliver a seamless experience for our partners.
• Maintain ongoing engagement with partners to build towards long-lasting, win-win relationships.
• Contribute ideas and drive initiatives on how Airwallex can develop a market-leading GTM strategy via partnerships.

Who you are

We’re looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

Minimum qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience in partnership, sales, marketing, business development or GTM strategy.
• Experience in negotiation and partnership proposal development preferred.
• Experience in strategy/ops or working in tech or a fast-growing start-up would be advantageous.
• Existing relationships / strong network with referral partners in technology, e-commerce, start-ups, or corporate service providers preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal and in-person communication skills (English & Vietnamese)
• Strong analytical skills with experience with tools including Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working in a fast-paced start-up payments company would be highly beneficial

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate assigned shift; conduct daily pre-operation meeting with staffs on duties

2. Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) to employees including the proper and safe manner of routine cleaning using equipment & machinery

3. Ensure all daily and periodic cleaning works are carried out as per schedule

4. Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction

5. Check on staff punctuality and discipline

6. Any other duties assigned by Superiors and Clients

Requirements:

1. Able to work midnight shift

2. Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.

3. Able to work in islandwide locations, and able to go to multiple locations daily.

4. Excellent customer service skills and able to interact well with clients

5. At least 1 year’s experience in similar role in cleaning sector

Job Functions:

• Experienced in managing interfaces for the design and construction of transit projects and have a full understanding of the design approval process and TFP/TOP process.
• Shall take charge of all coordination work of civil, architectural, and System-Wide Contractors (SWC) and be responsible for managing project coordinators relating to civil/structural, architectural, and E&M.
• Manage/coordinate work with sub-contractors.
• Manage and coordinate all M&E subcontractors, and see to it that all installations are on schedule in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Review M&E Design, bill quantity and report to the Project Manager any discrepancy/rectification for immediate implementation.
• Submit weekly report to the Project manager.
• Responsible for overall techno -commercial issues , site execution, post contracts activities, sub-contractors management, dealing with client & consultants ,local authorities , business development, tender works and coordination with head office.
• Lead the MEP design development and coordination meetings.
• Review and coordinate design drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Perform and implement value engineering proposals on the design.
• Control and guide all M&E subordinates, subcontractors and specialist suppliers.
• Handle all submittals including shop drawings, material & systems, method statements.
• Interface management with the client and consultant representatives, local authorities, and interface contractors.
• Developing procurement strategies for subcontractors/ suppliers in terms of packaging and scope of works.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of engineering experience with at least 5 years of experience in managing Civil & Structural, Architectural, and/or E&M Building Services work of similar scale and complexity.
• Knowledge of BIM/DGN/Auto CAD will be an added advantage.
• Must have LTA project experience or any civil infrastructure projects.

Roles and Responsibilites:

• To support the sales team and ensure timely and accurate order processing and subsequent logistic arrangement.
• To manage and control purchases with optimal stock levels, best cost efficiency and punctual deliveries.
• To attend to all office administration duties.
• Well versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Google Suite
• Knowledge in Accounting and Finance is an added advantage
• To assist with petty cash and basic accounting work.
• Any other duties to be assigned as required
• With diploma certificate or equivalent with relevant experience may apply.
• Good interpersonal, communications and customer support skills.
• Well Organized with strong attention to details
• Good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Good command of major working languages will be given preferrance
