Curators develop and manage the collections and exhibitions of the museum. 12. Follow up till application approved.

13. Prepare LOA for new employees.

14. Ensure insurance bought and up to date for employees.

15. Add employees name into SATA record.

16. Declared monthly salary for workers in MOM website.

Job responsibilities:

• To prepare, check, verify and process invoices, delivery orders and payments
• To update bank record and monitor movement of cheques for signatures
• Issue cheque payment
• Filing for Accounts documents
• Data entry of invoices into Accounting system
• Perform any other ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as required
• Any ad-hoc duties or assignment as instructed by your superior

Requirements:

• ITE in Accounting or relevant discipline preferred
• Preferably with some hands-on experience with NAVISION and accounting software
• Preferably at least 3 years of Accounting working experience in construction industry
• Meticulous with strong analytical skills

2-3 TIMES PER WEEK

The Job:

• Assist in the preparation and delivery of SharePoint training sessions
• Help create training materials and user guides

The Requirements:

• Min Diploma with Holder with min 1 year of experience
• Good communicatopn skills
