We are currently looking for a Relationship Manager to join our distribution team. The role is based in Singapore. Key Responsibilities:

• Client Conversion and Acquisition: Identify and convert existing client base and seek new clients and business opportunities.
• Lead Nurturing: Cultivate relationships with current leads and convert them into investment clients.
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients. Conduct client meetings to understand their needs.
• Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales efforts to meet revenue targets. Develop and manage sales pipelines, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions. Prepare and present proposals and pitches to prospective clients.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in the financial industry (preferably with a CMFAS licence holder).
• Knowledge of the Securities & Futures Act, its relevant notices and guidelines
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred to liaise with local and international clients.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of patient-driven initiatives by working closely with various sections in-charge to align processes and workflows.
• Work with various sections in-charge to drive new services and to ensure revenue generation.
  Assist sections to derive and drive business case for new services.
• Maintain close supervision on financial performance and where appropriate, work with sections in-charge to institute strategic approaches on cost recovery and sustainable profitability.
  Responsible for the supporting the procurement related to strategic projects.
• Lead and manage projects as assigned - Work with sections in-charge to establish context, develop project plan with goals and targets, and secure approval for project, also to oversee projects from start to end.
• Support department through upcoming changes to major clinical systems via training, supporting infrastructural changes and formulation of new processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Management, Healthcare or related field
• At least 7 to 8 years of working experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Possess healthcare operational experience and comfortable in leading a team

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement manpower schedules to optimize daily cleaning operations and meet contract specifications and customer expectations.

Qualifications:
