About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Presales Manager to join our team and drive the adoption of SAP S/4HANA RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition (RISE with SAP) and SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition (GROW with SAP) solutions. As a key member of our presales team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy and helping our customers realize the full potential of these innovative cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Consulting: Deeply understand SAP S/4HANA RISE and GROW solutions, including their technical capabilities, business benefits, and value proposition.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers to identify their business needs and challenges, and articulate how our solutions can address them. Drive sales opportunities from initiation to closure.
• Solution Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations, showcasing the key features and benefits of SAP S/4HANA RISE and GROW.
• Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling proposals that align with customer requirements and our value proposition. Presenting designed solutions and proposals to the customer in a convincing and effective manner. Crafting Best Fit solutions with optimal estimations.
• Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position our solutions.
• Customer Success: Work closely with the customer success team to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in a presales or solution consulting role, preferably in the SAP ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA, cloud technologies, and digital transformation.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to grasp complex technical concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience of working with a global team.
• Language – proficient in one of the SEA regional languages other than English.

ASSISTANT MANAGER (CLUBHOUSE OPERATIONS)

Work location: Tessensohn Clubhouse (nearest MRT Farrer Park)

As an Assistant Manager (Clubhouse Operations), you will report to our Director (Clubhouse).

Responsibilities:

• Assist Director (Clubhouse) in the maintaining the operations of the entire Clubhouse in the following areas :

1. Jackpot Room
2. Front Office Reception
3. Tenants Management
4. Ad-hoc Development and upgrading works
5. Swimming pool (outsourced)
6. Security (outsourced)
7. Cleaning (outsourced)
8. Horticulture (outsourced)

• Supervise various groups of staff to ensure daily smooth operations of the Clubhouse and facilities.
• Supervise and monitor works of term contractors.
• Inspect and check the Clubhouse premises.
• Plan and ensure works are carried out as per the maintenance schedule.
• Assist Director (Clubhouse) in preparing monthly reports and annual budget.
• Assist in preparing tender specifications for upgrading projects and co-ordinating with the suppliers and contractors.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff.
• Undertake any other tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business/Marketing/Facilities Maintenance/Building or with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing people a group of staff.
• Able to work independently, resourceful, and self-motivated.
• Excellent leadership, organizational and multi-tasking skills
• A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
• Enjoy working in outdoor environment.
• Able to work during weekends and public holidays.

Job Description Responsibilities:

• Ensure the projects are fully attended and completed to meet agreed deadlines
• Supervising the project progress to ensure that issues of the project are identified and solved
• Attend meetings, liaise and manage clients to complete project deliverables
• Experience managing a team on site at an event, ability to troubleshoot on site and react, provide solutions to the internal team, external suppliers and clients alike.
• Working with Management to adapt strategy with objectives continuously improving on SOPs where necessary.

Responsible for the successful and effective project management inclusive of planning, implementation, execution, scheduling, monitoring and handover within specified schedule, budget and meeting client’s quality and relevant regulatory requirements

- Critical scrutiny of contract documents and drawings, communicate effectively and negotiate with consultants, clients, authorities, main and sub -contractors on engineering, contractual matters and project implementation

- Assists in ensuring that shop drawings are completed and submissions to the main contractor are carried out in a timely manner with drafting department

- Understand contract documentation in conjunction with Bills of Quantity ( B. Q. ) and material specifications

- Responsible for budget controls, tracking of expenditures and effectively manage and reduce the costs of delivering projects

- Ensure health and safety and regulatory compliance in accordance with all applicable and permit standards and requirements

- Attends project kick-off meetings, ongoing meetings and project closure meetings with main contractor, consultants and other parties

- Responsible for the submission of monthly progress claims and reports to the main contractor

- Assist in monitoring project cost budgets and ensuring that desired profit margins are achieved through cost containment, material wastage control and etc

- Any other duties as may be assigned

Requirements

- Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board ( PEB ) Singapore will be an advantage

- Minimum six ( 06 ) years of relevant project management experience in local construction industry

- Posses excellent leadership, planning, interpersonal communication and negotiation skills to lead a team of engineers and manage the sub-contractors

- Able to take on numerous challenging tasks while simultaneously meeting high standards and deadlines / vision

- Highly motivated, driven by excellence and having an eye for details

- Proficient in MS Project

- Able to commence work on a short notice will be an advantage

- Should be contactable by means of mobile phone at any time of the day

- Ability to multi-task and manage ad-hoc projects in a fast-paced environment

- Independent, responsible, organized and able to work under pressure
