Job Description & Requirements
· Conducting patrols and checks such as compliance, SOP of the facility and our in-house security officers;
· Perform checks and ensure gates, fences, locked doors and all forms of entry or exits are properly secured.
· Remain vigilant for any fire and safety hazards or indications of potential or actual security breaches.
· Ensure our in-house security officers are well presented and no breaches of the Private Security Industry Act - 2009 Code of Conduct.
· Ensure if there is no unauthorized over stayed by any staff or visitors.
· Ensure and verified of all E-occurrences OR occurrences book are well noted down with proper justification keyed / written.
· To coordinate and carry out on-site incident management if necessary.
· Ensure all on-site equipment such as CCTV, Body-on Camera, Tablet / Phone OR guard-less inter-comms are working and functioning.
· To inform our Command Centre / OPS Room for any suspicious activities, incident or IT system malfunctioning as and when required.
· Provide and maintain a safe working environment, including work conditions, practices and procedures for all employees.
· 5/6/5/6 work week.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least “O” Level.
- At least 1 Year(s)+ of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Pleasant character and problem-solver.
Must possess own motor bike; OR Driving License Class 3A minimum.
