• Participate in other ad-hoc HR projects and activities at the Group HR level as required

Annual Budgeting

• Drive annual HR budget planning and submission for Group C&B
• Plan, review and prepare manpower budget assumptions and projections for submission to Group Finance

Performance Management

• Work closely with the Group HR teams managing the annual performance management exercise, on managing timelines and support on compensation rewards matters. This will include the collation and analysis of cluster-wide annual Total Performance Management (TPM) results in order to simulate bonus and increment
• Prepare data/analysis, design compensation levers for review with Senior Management

Group Insurance

• As a key member of the GC&B team, work together with the other team members on annual Group insurance renewal and submission, working closely with insurance broker where necessary
• This may include working with broker to analyse trends and highlight areas of concern to Management e.g. claims experience, work injury trends etc
• Close liaison with site HR to ensure accurate reporting of data required for insurance renewal

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education/Training/Experience

• Min Degree in HR Related field / Business Admin or equivalent
• At least 8-10 years relevant working experience in the area of Compensation & Benefits, and experience in healthcare is preferred
• Technical knowledge and hands-on experience in total rewards including salary structure design, salary reviews, market benchmarking competitiveness studies, job evaluation.
• Hands-on knowledge in job evaluation methodologies such as Korn Ferry Hay Group will be preferred.
• Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Advanced skills in Excel preferred
• Well-versed in local employment laws and regulations such as Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act etc.
• Past experience in HRIS project and implementation will be advantageous.

• Responsible for planning, overseeing and leading project from ideation through to completion
• Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
• Managing project progress and adapt work as required
• Conduct investigation, submission of investigation reports and preparing the relevant documents i.e. advisories, warnings, Notices Of offer of Composition and prosecution papers.
• Manage the Enforcement Team and Investigation Team members on their reports submission and monthly investigation
• Attend Meetings with the Authorities on weekly basis and implement the SOP on the Team
• The Authority will refer a stipulated number of cases for the IOs to investigate monthly. Investigation work will include taking statements from any witness or suspect in the field or interview room, obtaining relevant evidence as defined by the Evidence Act and compiling and making recommendations in the investigation papers.

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead team of engineers and supervisors to oversee daily tunnelling activities.
• Manage TBM design during design and manufacturing stage to ensure detailed drawings meet the requirements and specifications of project.
• Monitor and track site progress, manpower mobilization and equipment deployment.
• Plan, control, manage and coordination of TBM tunnelling activities.
• Review geotechnical data and plan ahead tunnelling works to ensure smooth tunnel progress.
• Evaluate and review work procedures and method statements for TBM tunneling projects.
• Interface, coordination and plan construction activities in accordance with construction schedules with TBM manufacturers and contractors.
• Demonstrable experience in managing detailed design, selection and evaluation of tunnelling methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/BIM software is an added advantage.
• Able to work as a team, assertive, independent, and proactive.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Preferably with a Degree in Civil Engineering and above or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of TBM experience in managing various ground conditions of similar scale, complexity and nature of work.
• Experience on EPBM and Slurry TBM’s. Variable density will be added advantage
