· Conduct weekly toolbox / training session.

· Perform cross training for team members.

· Ensure the maintenance of all vehicles.

· Submission of Safety Induction Course / Other related courses.

· Responsible for team performance & discipline.

· Work closely with Customer Service & Operation Team.

· Act as backup for other fleet supervisor during their absent.

· Coordinate ah-hoc emergency response.

· Off on alternate Sat / Standby 24/7.

· Incident report submission – lead investigation/determine root-cause/corrective & preventive plan.

Requirements

· Min ITE holder/Diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant working experience

· IT savvy (Words / Excel / Power Point) minimum

· Possess class 3 driving license

· English/Mandarin proficiency

· Independent, self-motivated with good coordination and communication skills

· Able to work in fast paced environment; Team oriented and dynamic

▶Assisting with the maintenance of AR/AP accounts in MYOB and Excel schedules

▶Assisting with creation of invoices & receipts

▶Assisting with the payment transactions and monitoring of cash flow

▶Assisting with preparation of weekly aging and monthly bank reconciliations

▶Assisting with monthly creation of management financials

▶Assisting with quarterly GST submission

▶Assisting with general office administration and data entry

▶5.25 days work week (Mon-Fri 0845-1745, Sat 0845-1245 (Alternate)

Job Duties

•Handle enquiries, present our programmes, match appropriate tutors and mentors.

•Arrange class schedules and feedback for students and tutors

•Assist in invoicing and payments

•Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and partners, manage external agencies and clients to boost sales

•Assist in marketing content curation for above and below the line marketing activities (Blog articles, Instagram, Tik Tok, Videos, Website, Brochures, Wechat, Xiaohongshu)

Salary: $3500-$4500 per month. Additional performance and team bonuses apply
