Responsibilities:
1. Perform general administrative duties.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and other staff members.
2. Maintain and update files, records, and databases, both electronic and physical.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
3. Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and financial documents.
Coordinate and manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
4. Assist in organizing company events and meetings, including booking venues and coordinating logistics.
5. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and customer service.
6. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
7. Need to be on call 24/7
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or equivalent; additional certification in office management or administration is a plus.
2. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
7. Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
8. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
9. Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
10.Knowledge of office procedures and equipment.
