Primary Responsibilities

• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and governmental regulations.
• Conduct financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
• Manage and process payroll, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide financial advice and support to management to improve profitability and financial performance.

Job Requirement

• Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 5 years in accounting management experience in a similar capacity
• Knowledgeable and proven experience in accounting from hospitality industry is highly regarded
• Have a positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel
• Possess professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal

Job Title: Accounts Executive (Accounts Payable)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting directly to Finance Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties:

• To be responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the Account Payable section.
• To ensure the mathematical accuracy, legitimacy and completeness of the transaction before filing them by Supplier name, awaiting payment.
• To prepare certain expense analyses.
• Balances supplier’s monthly statements to the hotel’s accounts payable records.
• Maintains adequate up-to-date files for accounts payable records.
• Assist with the month-end closing as specified.
• To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties as designated by higher management.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum education of college diploma with accounting major.
• Candidates with relevant experience will have an advantage.
