• Administer the Minor and Major Project Grants under the Government Projects. This includes assisting and supporting the Grants Team in the management of the grant cycles; assessment and evaluation of grant applications; content review and project management of successful grant projects; and updating of the grants database.
• Respond to general enquiries from public on the Grants Scheme and/or the Youth kickstarter Fund.
• Assist the Assistant Director and the Grants Team in the implementation of approved recommendations from the Grants Review, including but not limited to the updating of grants guidelines, SOPs, forms, and templates.
• Assist with the production of grant-related visuals and/or marketing materials (e.g., EDMs, videos etc).
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned, including and not limited to support the Grants Team in the organising and running Grants Clinics; the archival and migration of grants documents to the e-registry; and, updating of the grants’ webpage.

Requirements

• Singaporean
• At least 1 year of working experience with a background in Business or Arts Management/Administration, Arts, Design, History, or a combination of related training is preferred.
• Experience with design software and/or video editing experience is a plus.
• Keen interest in arts, heritage, and culture.
• Willing and able to work flexible hours (when necessary), including occasional weekends and public holidays.

• Participate with senior management in the development of strategic marketing plan
• Responsible for identifying and securing new clients in addition to yielding existing clients to ensure revenue targets are met.
• Analyse market needs and trends, to identify and deliver strategies to support the company's business development plan.
• Develop and maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to facilitate the support to potential and existing clients.
• Meet the sales targets and KPIs as set and agreed by the senior management
• Weekly reporting on all sales activities to monitor the success and effectiveness of activities.
