Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with production and warehouse departments to ensure products are ready for shipment.
Organize container bookings and oversee the loading process.
Prepare and distribute all required shipping documents to customers efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Assist walk-in applicants with loan applications, collaborate with business partners, and utilize external resources for referrals.
Evaluate loan applicant eligibility and creditworthiness before proceeding with approvals.
Efficiently process transactions such as loan drawdowns, rollovers, rate fixings, billings, repayments, and fee collections.
Support remittance and deposit placement activities.
Conduct AML screenings and manage pre and post-transaction handling.
Respond promptly and accurately to queries from internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all loan files.
Perform daily reconciliations, audit confirmations, and compile management and regulatory reports.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Promotes Safety culture in the workplace.
Responsible for the preparation, compilation and maintenance of safety manuals to ensure compliance with safety regulatory standards that meets the Company’s HSE policy and objectives.
Responsible for ensuring the Safety Management System is maintained and properly followed to comply with internal, customer, and regulatory requirements, and that it meets the Company’s HSE policy objectives.
Continuous review of the HSE Manual and its’ implementation.
Promotes good HSE practices and ensures these practices are in place and safety regulations followed.
Conducts investigation of accidents and near miss incidents reported.
Organizes and conducts HSE training plans.
Intervenes in unsafe activities or operations.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Registered Safety officer (RSO) with MOM.
Registered Fire Safety Manager (FSM).
Degree in Environmental Health and Safety Engineering / Diploma in Chemical Process and its equivalent/ WSQ Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health (Level C) preferred.
Minimum 2 years of relevant HSE working experience with knowledge of local statutory requirements & HSE standards, preferably within manufacturing or O&G industry.
