Beauty Advisor Requirements:

1. Provide consistent professional spa facial following spa standards.

2. Ensure a high level of service standards

3. Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities, treatment rooms, and other parts of the spa.

4. Responsible for preparing the necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks, towels supply, etc.

5. Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely

6. Follow and comply with the instructions given by Spa Manager

· Requirements

1. Preferably with ITEC / WSQ certificate or massage certification

2. Able to commit work on weekends/public holidays

3. 6 days work week

4. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

5. Pleasant personality and hardworking

Job Scope:

• Responsible for picking, packing, and preparing e-commerce orders efficiently and accurately.
• Handle stationery products, ensuring all items are correctly packed and undamaged.
• Perform stock checks and report any damaged or missing items.
• Manage inter-branch transfers (IBT) as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.
• Complete daily tasks before the end of the shift.

Working Hours:

• Days: Monday to Saturday
• Time: 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM (No lunch break)

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly salary: $1,500
• Attendance allowance: $200 (Allowance forfeited for unpaid leave or medical leave)
• NO OVERTIME

Additional Notes:

• Staff MUST complete all assigned work for the day before leaving, even if it extends slightly beyond 1:00 PM.
• Punctuality and attendance are strictly monitored to qualify for the attendance allowance.
