• Attend client meetings & lead the decision-making process affecting the BIM deliverables
• Liaise and coordinate and other trades for cross-team support on BIM software
• Regularly meet with key project staff to update on progress. Document meeting minutes highlighting key action point. Ensure the issues highlighted are resolved, concluded and monitored for resolution provided by the design team.
• To oversee the BIM Coordination and daily management of BIM project data sets/workflows and project set up
• Collaborate with team and other relevant departments to ensure all drawings are in order as per design requirements.
• Any other duties deemed necessary and as assigned by the Senior Management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Certificate in AutoCAD Autodesk advanced module.
• Certificate in Revit MEP Autodesk advanced module.
• Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E drafting using AutoCAD, Revit and BIM preferably from Construction industry.
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and target oriented in a stressful environment.
• Ability to work well in a team and demonstrate initiative and commitment.
• To be able to converse in English and work effectively with Internal staff including Site Foreman, Supervisors, Engineers, Managers and Client’s BIM representatives.

The tasks that await you
You will focus on negotiating and securing profitable shipping contracts, optimizing vessel utilization while adapting to fluctuating market conditions and cultivating positive relationships with clients, brokers, and other key stakeholders.

Besides this, your primary responsibility includes:

• Maximise earnings on own tonnage.
• Create direct value doing short-term contracts, tonnage and cargoes.
• Obtain and share market information.
• Analyse market research and formulate and share market view.

Your competences and core qualifications
As a person, you are outgoing and take pride in building good relationships with relevant stakeholders - internal and external. You are committed and able to work on your own, while still prioritising the needs of the team before your own agenda. Apart from this you have:

• A minimum of 3 years relevant experience within dry cargo chartering.
• A proven history within the following areas:

- Far east markets.

- Trading and optimising earnings on tonnage and cargoes.

- Key customer relationships.

- Basic understanding of hedging and FFA.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Compliance and Standards Implementation: Implement regulations, technical specifications, and standards related to curtain wall construction. Adhere to the company's rules, regulations, and management provisions across all branches or offices.
2. Contract and Design Management: Participate in contract discussions with the Marketing Department and collaborate with the design institute for design plan formulation. Develop and organise construction planning at the implementation stage based on contract requirements and actual site conditions. Prepare and submit construction organisation designs and plans for review by the branch company.
3. Project Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage construction projects, overseeing the project management team within the scope of authorisation. Handle team attendance, performance evaluations, and remuneration allocations. Establish project management regulations, ensuring smooth coordination and supervision of daily activities.
4. Resource and Production Management: Manage and allocate production resources, including manpower, capital, materials, machinery, and equipment, throughout each stage of the project. Monitor and control construction schedules, ensuring timely completion of all milestones.
5. Quality, Safety, and Cost Control: Organise and manage quality and safety procedures during construction. Oversee cost control measures, ensuring adherence to project budgets while maintaining quality standards. Participate in the selection of outsourcing units and manage their performance.
6. Procurement and Supplier Management: Engage in material procurement processes, negotiating contracts with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery of materials. Coordinate with the Material Department to ensure proper warehousing procedures are followed.
7. Project Completion and Settlement: Oversee the final stages of the project, including completion acceptance and settlement. Ensure the project is delivered according to contractual obligations and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Experience in project management, preferably in curtain wall design, fabrication, and engineering.
• Strong understanding of construction regulations, technical specifications, and quality management systems.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven experience in cost control, procurement, and supplier management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
