As Retail Manager Singapore you will be overseeing and implementing the retail strategy for Givenchy in the assigned doors (boutiques, department stores & Sephora). Reporting to: Regional Senior Sales & Retail Manager, South-east Asia

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

▪ Develop and execute the retail strategy, in line with Givenchy’s objectives and enhance the customer experience

▪ Maximize retail performance, sales growth, and profitability

▪ Visit boutiques, counters & Sephora stores on a weekly basis, the expectation is to spend 80% of the time in the field

▪ Monitor sales and inventory levels, analyze data and trends and make informed decisions to drive business growth

▪ Ensure that visual merchandising, customer service, and operational standards are consistently met across all stores

▪ Cultivate a close collaborative relationship with retailers, operational local teams and external partners to garner best in class support for brands

▪ Analyze sales data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and market trends

▪ Gather monthly sell out data & feedback for analysis vs. target, competitors and shop trend & propose corrective action plans to further strengthen sell out performance.

▪ Collaborate closely with the regional marketing team to develop effective in-store activations and mechanics to drive the brand’s business and also provide regular constructive feedback of what may help to drive the brand further in terms of customers recruitment, conversion and retention

▪ Supervise and execute the promotional activities formulated by Marketing department ▪ Recruit, train, supervise & most importantly motivate the front-line staff (Beauty Consultants & Promoters)

▪ Lead, plan, deploy and follow through on the monthly sales objectives of the Beauty Consultants and follow-up on achievement.

▪ Ensure boutique/counter teams mastership and consistent daily use of tools, operating standards in line with Retail Audit SOPs & execution

▪ Ensure grooming standards, sales technics, product knowledge are well respected.

▪ Work hand in hand with Training team to recommend & implement the most effective retail actions on training and client satisfaction projects (i.e., consumer survey)

▪ Manage preparation status and feedback report for each promotional event.

▪ Look out for opportunities to have extra space, visuals, promotion events etc.

No qualification require

Must have responsibility and passion with customer interaction. Willing to learn and handle customer queries

6 days per week, from 9am to 6pm. No ot and off during ph. Commision for hitting kpi.

Assist with daily sales and handling of company account.

Closing and opening of shop daily

Requirements

• Have experience in delivering cybersecurity services to pharmaceutical clients, preferably within pharmaceutical manufacturing environment

• Preferably with track records in managing P&L for IT/OT and/or cybersecurity services

• Preferably with proven business and people management experience

What a Manager, Strategy Practice, Visa Consulting & Analytics does at Visa:

We are looking for an individual to join us as a Manager in Visa Consulting and Analytics, Strategy Practice, based in Singapore. This individual will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for digital payments across Asia Pacific working closely with the Practice Lead, and the country teams. The Manager will be responsible for leading significant components of client consulting engagements, within the digital & strategy vertical. Typically, this will involve the Manager interacting with the client team, gathering and managing project inputs, analyzing data to form conclusions and recommendations, developing and presenting compelling project reports and working with clients on executing recommendations.

The Manager will also manage a pipeline of engagements from early lead stages through to signature, project kick-off and delivery. These engagements will vary greatly in scope and value and, although the pipeline will be driven mainly by traditional bank card issuers, the Consultant range will also encompass merchants, acquirers and processors; government entities; as well as new entrants and non-traditional players in the virtual and physical payments ecosystem.

Usually, 2-4 months in duration and running in parallel, potential projects could include payment strategy review and roadmap design, digital payments wallet assessment and launch, mobile banking App review and enhancement. It would also include driving strategy engagements on client portfolios powered by Visa’s data, collaborating closely with the data science teams on building data driven solutions to drive digitization and growth of payments with clients, development of industry landscape evaluations and best practices.

The Manager will be responsible for identifying potential clients’ business pain-points and areas for strategy and process improvement, thereby defining project scope deliverables and revenue opportunity to sell-in client engagement projects and building new practice solutions.
