• Generate invoices, delivery order and shipping documentation including Certificate of Origin/Beneficiary’s certificate & LC documents
• Coordinate to ensure smooth shipment and timely cargo collection
• Liaise with forwarders and supplier on import/direct shipment arrangement
• Follow up on export shipment documentation, customer payment, release credit limit block
• Perform stock count and maintain good inventory record
• Handle permit declaration via TradeNet
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Preferably with experience in import/export, Tradenet and knowledge in customs regulations
• Letter of Credit knowledge

Reporting to CAO, the main missions for this role will be to direct the planning, implementation, and management of improvement activities regarding governance, compliance and internal audit activities of our company in Singapore and related companies and/or its subsidiaries in the Asia Oceania (AO) region.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize initiatives to meet role commitments and deadlines in the improvement of governance, compliance and internal audit activities across relevant regions.
• Lead and manage requirements analysis, including requirements gathering, setting up and facilitating workshops, understanding processes and priorities, and project scope while consistently determining approach and next steps.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree holder from reputable local or international universities in relevant field of study with professional certification (e.g. CIA).
• Minimum 8 years of prior work experience in auditing, with at least 6 years dedicated to internal audit, with a strong grasp of risk and control.
• Minimum 8 years of leadership with people management experience especially in leading an internal audit department
• Strong leadership, people management skills with a positive attitude and innovative mind
• Must have project leadership experience in multiple projects over course of career in the capacity of team lead/ overall project manager or equivalent capacity

Responsibilities:

Strategic

• Deliver on country commercial and profitability targets
• Lead in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Manage business to maximize profitability. Complete ownership of costs and other overheads in line with P&L plans.
• Develop and implement strategy to accelerate Läderach Chocolatier Suisse’s business in Singapore
• Hire, coach, and develop personnel across a range of job areas in order to meet sales and business-growth targets.
• Spear head the brand’s retail expansion in Singapore
• Identify and evaluate leasing opportunities
• Lead in real estate and building infrastructure expansion plans for boutiques and/or offices

Brand Management

• Present and share brand performance on a regular basis with the Management
• Lead the marketing team to develop, manage and execute brand targets, strategy and marketing plans
• Work closely with management to develop standard and seasonal product assortment

Operations

• Formulate and implement operating procedures and standards to ensure that Läderach Chocolatier Suisse (SG)’s short and long term goals are met.
• Work closely with the operations manager to forecast stock requirements, plan purchases, and manage inventory
• Manage the daily country operations & identify key opportunities to accelerate growth & profitability in the market(s)
• Lead the operations team to fulfil the country’s operational requirement efficiently
• Lead and implement formulation of technology strategies and roadmaps to boost business productivity

Retail Management

• Work closely with the boutiques to achieve sales targets
• Determine manpower requirements, work closely with Boutique Supervisors and HR team to recruit and develop high performing teams with the right staff at the right shops
• Optimise service performance of our retail teams through service excellence
• Monitor and optimise operational performance of boutiques inclusive of inventory flows and accuracy, team operational productivity, stock organization and training
• Support the training needs of the retail team

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Management preferably major in Marketing, Operations Management, Supply-chain Management or Retail Management
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the retail industry occupying a management position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good command of English
• Must be able to articulate well to all stakeholders in the Company and external customers

• Overall responsible for tender submission for M&E works from interpretation of specifications, compliances, terms and conditions, drawings and any other relevant document.
• Handle tender clarifications, investigation of clarification response by communicating with relevant stakeholders.
• Support in preparation of presentation slide, technical write up for tender interview.
• Offer Value Engineering solution for MEP works.
• To manage projects related to M&E works

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
