As an Assistant Manager, you'll assist the Restaurant Manager and play a pivotal role in Delifrance Singapore's success. Your responsibilities will include ordering kitchen supplies and overseeing staff performance. To excel in this role, you must have a deep understanding of outlet operations and a keen eye for exceptional customer service. You will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional food, beverages, and services to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

1. Managing the opening and closing procedures of the outlet to ensure efficient operations.

2. Assist in food preparation and oversee daily operations in the back kitchen.

3. Facilitate new team members' onboarding, ensuring they're equipped for success from day one by providing ongoing support and guidance.

4. Managing team member's schedules, checking of timesheets accurately and promptly.

5. Handling customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

6. Procuring necessary supplies such as ingredients, utensils, and equipment.

7. Maintaining records of outlet expense transactions and balancing cash registers.

8. Other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in hospitality, Business, or related fields.

• At least 2 years of related experience in casual dining or relevant experience in a similar concept.

• Experience with POS System - CG Infinity is an added advantage.

• Able to start working immediately is a plus.

Description –

• Guide the developers to familiarize with the IRIN3 coding standards
• Drive the technical design for each sprint deliverables
• Escalate to Application Lead for design issues • Technical Design Specifications (TDS) document
• Identify common library enhancement required
• Identify event integrations with other domains and highlight in common meeting

Responsibilities:

• Source and develop suitable brand, retailer, and industry partnerships to increase store traffic with qualified leads.
• Foster connections with high-value clients to boost service quality, enrich their shopping experience, and drive sales, thereby strengthening brand loyalty.
• Monitor and coach the store team to guarantee accurate data collection, encompassing observational insights and the provision of tailored services aligned with individual client preferences.
• Work and liaise closely with marketing and CRM teams to leverage key analytics to build an action plan.
• Follow up on relevant moments to be addressed to VIP customers; work with marketing on communications and outreach.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in client-facing and partnership within the luxury retail industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to create strong partnerships and coach a team.
• Ability to think creatively and execute with excellence for in-store and online personalized communication.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and ability to use systems.
