Roles & Responsibilities:-
Our Client Indusone Holdings is looking for a HOTEL FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVE. He/She need to work along with Assistant Manager in an Indian restaurant with complete understanding of Indian and south east Asian cuisine. Host and Manage the guests, events, the service staff. Engage and cater to the needs of the customers.
Main duties:-
1. Research new wholesale food suppliers and negotiate prices
2. Calculate future needs in kitchenware and equipment and place orders, as needed
3. Manage and store vendors’ contracts and invoices
4. Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff
5. Prepare shift schedules
6. Process payroll for all restaurant staff
7. Supervise kitchen and wait staff and provide assistance, as needed
8. Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues
9. Arrange for new employees’ proper onboarding (scheduling trainings and ordering uniforms)
10. Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
11. Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus
