We are representing our IT Solutions provider client in looking for the following.

Project Manager – 1 year contract

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT projects from tender award through to delivery and maintenance, ensuring adherence to time, quality, and budget constraints.
• Develop a comprehensive project execution plan, clearly defining roles, responsibilities, deliverables, and timelines for both the team and customers.
• Manage all phases of project development, including planning, task assignment, and progress tracking.
• Create detailed project documentation, outlining specifications, and design, while implementing systems based on gathered requirements.
• Foster strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Follow industry-standard Project Management methodologies and maintain thorough documentation.
• Collaborate with customers to analyze their requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
• Conduct presales demonstrations and presentations on-site with customers.
• Provide technical expertise in the preparation of tenders and proposals.
• Assist in creating sales kits to support the sales team.
• Supervise the setup and maintenance of demo sites and systems from the ground up.

Requirements

• Proficient in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with hands-on experience in project execution.
• Recent experience in Vendor and Contract Management, Change Management, Service Request Management, and Problem/Incident Management.
• Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of adopting a broad, strategic perspective while also delving into detailed business needs and challenges.
• Results-driven and customer-focused.
• Relevant experience in supporting government projects.
• Experience in managing project budgets, timelines, and scope.
• Proven track record in supporting application operations.
• PM certifications, SCRUM master certification, or practical experience with Agile methodologies, tools, and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of cloud services such as AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Microsoft Azure.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex or government projects from initiation to completion, delivering on time, within scope, and on budget.

Description:

• Set up new copier machine for installation
• Repair and maintain copier machine
• Provide technical support to customers
• Maintain, order and update inventory for toners and spare parts
• Monitor and improve stock handling and other procedures
• Provide training and advise to customers on basic machine maintenance
• Submit monthly meter reading to billing department
• Evaluate performance with key metrics (setup time, overhaul quantity etc.)
• Prepare reports for management
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior
