• Handle phone calls, answer general enquiries.

• Possess a Diploma issued by a local polytechnic or Trade Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from the ITE or BCA and preferably registered with IES as a Resident Technical Officer

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in building services in the supervision of mechanical & electrical installations for local residential/institutional/healthcare development

• Must be familiar with local Regulations/Codes for mechanical & electrical installations (or services) related to building projects

• Diligent in walking the site to check for non-conformity and bad installation practices

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel, AutoCAD and BIM preferred

• Able to start work in mid-October 2024
