Working hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Mon to Thurs), 8.30am – 5.30pm (Fri)
Salary: up to $2,550 per month – Commensurate based on experiences
Job descriptions:
- Process invoices and payment settlements
- Maintain Vendor master
- Prepare month end reports
- Handle cash advance and perform audit cash counts
- Meet prompt payment targets
- Involve in audit checks for staff expense claims
- Use technology or data analysis to improve process productivity
- Other ad hoc work assigned
Job Requirements:
- Only Singaporean.
- Minimum Degree any other relevant disciplines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
