Job Description Responsibilities

• Support the HR functions which include, but are not limited to, recruitment and selection; rewards and benefits; staff information system; process re-engineering and automation; HR data analytics and data management.

• Identify opportunities for process re-engineering and automation for greater effectiveness and efficiency.

• Review and streamline HR data management, set up the e-filing system.

• Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations on key HR metrics and workforce analytics to generate insights for strategic decision making.

• Partner with operational divisions as HR Business Partner to enable Tote Board to meet our vision and mission.

• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned, contributing flexibly and adaptively to the broader goals of the department.

Requirements

• Trained in Human Resource, Information technology, IT & Computer Science.

• Experience in Government agencies/public organisations, with knowledge in Workday HR modules, Tableau and/or Advanced Excel Applications is highly advantageous.

• Relevant experience in HR Business Partnering and Employee Engagement.

• Strong passion and knowledge for implementing data management, automation and improving HR processes.

• Possess a can-do attitude, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Good interpersonal skills and able to engage and communicate with key stakeholders at all levels.

• You should be organized, neat and meticulous
• Good written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Ability to work under-pressure
• Ability to drive open work to completion
• Competent in using MS Office software, particularly Excel and Word
• Able to work weekends and public holidays when necessary

Job Description & Requirements

Handle all accounts receivable function (progress claims, invoices and receipts). Follow up on outstanding bills. Generate AR reports. Wage calculation. Other accounts related and ad-hoc admin duties as assigned. Answering phone call. Min 2 years of accounting working experience. Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates). Able to work as a team or independently and under pressure. Able to start work within short notice.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Assisting daily production of German bakes with a focus on preparing the full range of doughs from mini-pretzel to stuffed bagels

· maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency

· Preparation of ingredients and assembly of our Sandwiches

· Keeping track of supplies, inventories and maintaining a clean and organized workspace

· Ensuring strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations

· Providing exceptional customer service and representing Park Baeckerei virtues and values

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven baking experience in a reputable bakery

• Curiosity to learn new things and flexibility to apply yourself where you are needed most

• Good communication in English. Bahasa, Cantonese or Mandarin proficiency are a plus

• Food Hygiene Certificate (Can be sponsored for the right candidate)
