• Oversee all architectural works on site.
• Attend meetings with the client’s representative, consultants, and main contractor.
• Feedback to drafting and design teams on updates and developments during meetings.
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings.
• Carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, and documentation.
• Ensure work activities are carried out in a safe working environment Coordinate with Architect, Structural, and M&E staff members and sub-contractors to resolve related issues.
• Prepare, interpret and coordinate all types of drawings in relation to the project (construction, shop drawings, as-built, etc)
• Ensure prompt circulation and proper drawing control to be used or as a reference.
• To check, coordinate, and develop drawings to ensure quality drawings to avoid conflicts win the Consultant and Contractor drawings.
• To consolidate and coordinate all types of documents used for the approval process to relevant parties and ensure proper searchable records.
• Identify the elements of project design and construction likely to give rise to disputes and claims.

Report to Job Sites, Work closely with Project Manager to manage projects.

· Monitor project status and report back to Project Manager(PM)

· Attend site meetings with consultants;

· Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues;

· Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings;

· Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to M&E works;

· Supervise the progress of M&E works on site;

· Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule.

Job Scope:

• Monitor daily shipment schedule, follow up on the production shipment status & update customer accordingly
• Generate production schedule plan, work together with purchasing, warehouse & supplier to ensure the production delivery date to be in time
• Develop customer forecast demand and to rationalize the customer
  demand in order to properly define the forecast
• Work on RFQ, tracking and follow with customers

Requirement:

• Preferably 1 years relevant experience in Shipping Industry/ sales coordinator
• Minimum Nitec/ Diploma in relevant studies

• Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure all site activities are carried out in accordance to MOM safety requirements and all workers comply with safety regulations
• Ensure the implementation of Company workplace safety management system
• Accountable for investigating, analysing and determining cause of any incident, accident or dangerous occurrence during work process and recommend means of preventing recurrence
• To prepare necessary safety report as requested
• To check and report to Company in a timely manner for any safety infringement and incident/accident
