Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Nitec/Higher Nitec, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent
• Must have at least 2 year(s) of relevant experience as a shipper, preferably in Shipping/Logistic industry.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, very familiar with excel formulas
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, fast learner
• Able to work in fast-paced environment & willing to learn
• Applicants must be willing to work at Woodlands Industrial Area
• Preferably specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Bilingual in Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking associates

Job responsibilities:

• Assist the WSH Manager to identify and assess risks arising from the workplace.

• Conduct site safety inspection and enforce compliance on prevailing MOM Safety Acts and Regulations.

• Assist to conduct Safety Committee meetings, organize and promote safety events and campaign, etc.

• Conduct daily toolbox meetings to highlight safety issues.

• Supervise and attend to all issues related to workplace safety, health and environmental control.

• Ensure all documentation / permits / licenses related to work place safety, health and environmental control required by authorities and management are kept in order.

• Assist in conducting periodic WSH cross inspection for all sites to ensure compliance with government safety regulations and industry standards.

• Assist in conducting safety training / briefing such as familiarization on Risk Management’s standardize procedures to the respective site team to ensure safety awareness that the operations are safe and in compliance with statutory regulations and international standards / practices.

• Identify unsafe acts or practice and promptly correct any unsafe condition or practice.

• Any other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Advance certificate in Workplace Safety & Health/NITEC in Engineering (Environment, Health, Safety) or relevant field.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

• Familiar with regulatory requirements related to workplace safety and health, and all other aspects of safety

• Possess a high level of the initiative, strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Prepare project models and construction documents using BIM software
• Establish project workflows throughout all project phases
• Involve in Structure/ Architecture/ MEP coordination between consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors
• Ensure all models are compatible and BIM data is available to all project participants
• Coordinate with all the parties including sub-contractors and consultants to solve and coordinate technical issues, production of drawings and ensure proper transmission of data to all parties involved. Ensure that the detailed schedules of drawing production and site progress are met
• Follow up on all aspects of BIM model matters and ensure proper documentation of all BIM deliverables
• Responsible for fully implementing the quality recordings, carrying out result analysis, and formulating action plans for continuous improvements
• Adhering to the latest industry standards
• Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Engineering or relevant studies
• Certification course on BIM Management
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in BIM Management.
• Good knowledge of BIM visualisation and simulation applications.
• Experienced in AutoCAD 2D/3D, Bentley, Revit, Navisworks & MicroStation will be added advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-driven, resourceful, and a team player
