A multi-franchise automotive company holding sole distributorships in Singapore is looking to fill the following position:
PARTS COORDINATOR (COUNTER OPERATIONS)
Key responsibilities will include, however not limited, to the following:
· Attend to all spare parts enquiries via phone, walk in or email;
· Advise workshop and customers of suitable spare parts;
· Check databases and industry catalogues to source the required spare parts;
· Ensuring the correct identification and issuance of parts/components;
· Preparation of quotes, purchase orders and other documentation;
· Managing of order loading to factory, receiving of goods and performing GRN.
· Handling of parts claims submission to factory;
· Carry out good housekeeping; and
· Participate in stocktaking (regular checking and valuing of goods) and update computer data.
Requirements:
· Able to communicate and work with all levels;
· Strong team player;
· Dedicated to providing excellent customer service with good attention to details;
· Strong ability to adapt and understand IT and workplace systems;
· Good knowledge of automotive parts and previous experience with automotive spare parts much preferred; and
· Must be willing to work on Saturdays and Sundays, when necessary.
