Job Requirements

• Degree holder, preferably in business administration or logistics management.
• Preferably with 2 years of diverse work experience with at least 1 years in a managerial role within a large organization.
• Good interpersonal skills, including written and spoken communication.
• Proficient in MS Office and G Suite.
• Detailed, organised, and able to work independently.
• Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to multitask.

M& E Supervisor x2

Work Location: Changi Naval Base(Currently report to Lavender office first till Changi site build up should be end of April)

Working days: 6 days 8am to 5pm

Salary: $2500 to $2800

Job Description

· To monitor and supervise M&E works.

· To ensure all M&E installations and implementations are in accordance to approved drawings and materials.

· To carry out site supervision on M&E works and arrange for inspection with RTO or RE.

· To ensure quality of works is achieved and complied with the standard regulations.

· To arrange and attend inspection or meeting with clients or contractors.

· Any ad hoc duties as and when assigned by management.

Requirements

· Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant disciplines from recognised institutions.

· Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience

Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately

-Verify and endorse all incoming products materials

-Help in the preparation and design of all food and drinks menus.

-Produce high quality plated both design and taste-wise

-Assist in preparation, washing, peeling, chopping, cutting all food ingredients.

-Cleaning the food preparation equipment and other kitchen tools, housekeeping.

-Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.

-Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards

-Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation

-Monitor portion control to meet requests and minimize waste

-Maintain a positive and professional approach with customers

-Ready to work any shift.
-Willing to work on weekends and public holiday
