We are looking for an IT Executive, who will be involved in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.

In this role, you will:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems, including operating systems, applications, and network components.
• Microsoft 365 administration on Intune, Entra ID, Sharepoint, Exchange, and Defender.
• Server administration on cloud and on premise, Domain Controller, Active Directory, IIS, DNS, VOIP, LDAP.

Volunteer Management

1. Oversee the full volunteer life cycle ranging from recruitment, screening/interview, matching, orientation, deployment, review/feedback, appreciation, training and exit.
