• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budget estimates, resource allocation, and risk management strategies for infrastructure projects.
• Manage on-site project/construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Ensure all project activities comply with environmental regulations and industry standards
• Monitor project expenditures and manage project budgets to avoid cost overruns.
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or safety.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure high standards of workmanship and materials.
• Strong knowledge in Construction Productivity in Productivity Enhancement

Requirements:

• Knowledge in Architecture Engineering or related field
• Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity (SDCP) certificate and Basic Concept in Construction Productivity Enhancement (BCCPE) certificate required.

Job Scope

• Understand the full requirements of all manufacturing and improvement project.
• Familiar with various laser systems as well as advance welding / cladding technique.
• Experience in robot programming for welding / laser cladding.
• Follow up on the kick start, execution, monitoring and work closely with related personnel to resolve issues until the completion of the project.
• Perform technical review on sales order and work closely with the sales department or customer to clarify all technical specifications and job requirements on the sales order.
• Generate PCR and manufacturing process plan.
• Generate engineering drawings and perform drafting.
• Support Asst. Engineering Manager on the job costing.
• Continuously explore for new manufacturing method or new external providers to support the production.
• Work closely with the Production team to resolve any production issue.
• Support the procurement department to deal with external providers on all technical issues.
• Understand and be aware of the impact of each activity to the company, its environment and minimize any detrimental results.
• Ensure company and QHSE policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
• Participate/ attend all functions, activities and meeting organized by the company.
• Perform other assignment and duties as and when required.

Requirement

• Diploma / Manufacturing Engineering / Certification in Welding or equivalent
• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in laser cladding or similar advanced welding techniques
