• Oversee guest programs and activities.
• Ensure regular communications and co-ordination meetings are held with relevant departments to focus on guest services, work processes and achievement of targets.
• Maintain a high standard of customer relations/customer service within specified departments.
• Obtains feedback from residents to improve quality standards of service; ensure that personalized service is extended to all residents. Reviews and monitors Trust You and Trip Advisor and utilize the residents’ feedback to improve service delivery.
• Handle guest’s complaints, inquiries and requests. Conducts preliminary investigation on guest’s complaints.
• Adhere to company credit policies to ensure all revenue expected will be received.
• Ensure all Floats and cash handling procedures are adhered to within company standards and ensure the overall protection of the company’s revenue.
• Any task as assigned by Management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all social media platforms of the brand (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc).
• Plan, curate, coordinate, and execute the content across all social media platforms.
• to plan and execute creative advertisement campaign
• Online community management
• Liaise with performance marketing agency on digital ad-buys, including managing the ad-spend budget
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in marketing campaigns and activities
• Desk duty for roadshows and events

Job Requirements:

• Graduate in marketing or equivalent
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Familiar with online marketing channels is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Keen design and copy sense
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
