• ensure at all times that fire safety requirements contained in the Emergency Response Plan are complied with;

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Work in various departments (e.g., HR, marketing, operations, finance, etc.) to gain a broad perspective of the business
• Perform assigned tasks and projects in each department to gain hands-on experience
• Participate in structured training programs and workshops
• Gain a thorough understanding of the company's operations, policies, and procedures
• Assist with planning and executing business projects
• Prepare reports and presentations based on findings
• Support daily operations and contribute to process improvements
• Develop leadership and managerial skills through mentorship and coaching
• Take on increasing responsibilities and demonstrate initiative
• Assist managers with administrative tasks and other duties as required
