· In charge of upkeep and maintenance of the imaging modalities that you operate, including weekly & monthly quality assurance tests, keeping records of all services performed by vendor

· Maintenance of inventory and ordering schedule for consumables

· Record keeping of the number of examinations performed

· Assist the Medical Director and the Radiologist in the research works carried out by the Centre for publication in medical journals

· Complying with all directions of the Senior Management and use your best endeavor to promote the interests of the company and such related medical facilities and its related companies;

· Ensuring that you keep current all required certifications, licenses or other authorizations required for the performance of their obligations here under;

· To conduct oneself with utmost professionalism and diligence in best interest of the company and such related medical facilities and its related companies.

· Any other ad-hoc duties as assign by the Radiology Manager and Centre Manager or his / her nominee

Requirements

• Degree in Science (Biology / Physiology)
• Or Diploma in Medical Technology / Biotechnology / Biomedical Science or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Job Description: Medical Assistant

Responsibilities

• Receive and direct phone calls, schedule appointments, check-in patients, obtain necessary patient information to file and update patient records and ensure all forms and consents are completed by patients
• Check-out patients, assist with referral processing, and arrange laboratory services
• Handle billing process
• Prepare patients for examination, take vitals and record patients' health history
• Set-up EKG machines, administer injections and medications and perform routine specimen collection and tests
• Prepare equipment and examination rooms and clean instruments
• Assist physician with medical treatments, procedures and exams
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and equip exam rooms with appropriate supplies

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher required; completion of an accredited medical assistance certification program preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients and other external parties in a courteous and friendly manner at all times
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
• Firm grasp on medical practices, administrative processes, and organizational policies
• Knowledge of patient care and examination procedures

Requirement

• Degree, Master's or equivalent in Law and Business related

• Excellent presentation, sales, negotiation skills & technical aptitude skills

• Advanced consulting, influencing and negotiation skills; ability to ensure strategic alignment with multiple parties

• With at least 10 years of experience in managing clients in China market

• Experience in setting up division and growing the team up

• Strong proficiency in Mandarin spoken and written as you need to liaise with clients from China

• Flexibility to participate in teleconferences / meetings outside working hours due to the need for business
