• To do fabrication of customized order and testing of end products for Fibre-optics cables.
• Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues with fiber optic connections.
• Perform timely and efficient repairs and maintenance on fiber optic cables.
• Assist Project/Sales Co-ordinator to monitor and coordinate for customer orders.
• Responsible & ensure smooth production and monitoring of customer orders.
• Well-knowledge of Fiber Optic cables both Indoor and Outdoor cables.

Duties

• Implement products, platforms, software, hardware, or appliance-based solutions related to network and network security.
• Interface with management and vendors to develop and implement new solutions to meet business requirements.
• Design and manage the rollout of various network infrastructures with necessary capacity planning, performance tuning, and configuration optimization
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
• Maintain network security across the global enterprise; analyze networks for security threats. Monitor organization’s networks for security breaches and investigates violations when they occur.
• Use network tools for administration, maintenance, automation, and visualization reporting
• Develops technical documentation describing the deployment, configuration, and management of network infrastructure.
• Participates in IT security audits. Responds to existing audits and ensures required controls are implemented as required.
• Builds strong relationships outside of IT to understand business needs. Communicates complex details in a way that people can understand. Advocates for the end user and stakeholder by becoming associated with the products, empathizing with and understanding user needs.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in IT, configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
• Candidate must have advanced technical skills and experience with the following L2 and L3 protocols and technologies such as IPSec, DMVPN, BGP, OSPF, VPC, QoS, 802.1x. Be familiar with Cisco IOS, IOS-XE and NXOS.
• Candidate must be familiar with various platforms – NetScaler, Riverbed, Palo Alto, Cisco (Catalyst, ISR, ASR, Nexus, ASA/FTD). Cisco ACI is a plus, Knowledge of Juniper and HPE routing/switching equipment is a plus.
• Must have an understanding of open-source and other tools to assist in monitoring, troubleshooting and performance analysis.
• Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail
• One or more of the following certifications: Cisco CCNP, Cisco CCIE

2. Technical Problem Solving:These engineers are responsible for resolving technical issues related to rolling stock. They troubleshoot defects, conduct failure analyses, and develop engineering solutions.
   Whether it’s improving reliability, addressing performance problems, or enhancing safety features, rolling stock engineers work behind the scenes to keep trains running smoothly.
   
3. Integration and Modification:Rolling stock engineers supervise the installation and integration of various systems and subsystems within rail vehicles. This includes electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
   When modifications or upgrades are needed, they ensure seamless integration while maintaining safety and compliance.
   
4. Validation and Verification:Before a train hits the tracks, rolling stock engineers validate and verify its performance. They conduct rigorous testing to ensure that all components function as intended.
   From braking systems to traction control, thorough validation is essential to passenger safety and operational efficiency.
   
5. Platform Engineering:Platform engineering involves designing the overall structure and layout of rail vehicles. Engineers consider factors like weight distribution, stability, and passenger comfort.
   Whether it’s a sleek high-speed train or a sturdy freight wagon, platform engineering contributes to the overall functionality and aesthetics of rolling stock.
   

1. ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATION
a) Able to handle full set account
b) Assist in the preparation of financial statements, bank reconciliation, assets register, processing payments.
c) Issuance of tax donation receipts and maintaining donors records
d) Closely monitor expenditure and manage the Charity annual budget.
e) Manage the budgeting and establish proper finance processes
f) Monitor cash flows
g) Liaise with both internal and external auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out.
h) Ensure that accurate financial reports are produced and submitted to the relevant authorities in accordance to the specific deadlines.
i) Ensure that the monthly and quarterly income and expenditure statements and balance sheets are accurate and up to date.
j) Liaise with the legal advisor on any legal matters regarding contracts or agreements.
k) Check and process petty cash payment.
l) Ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements and governing authorities (including IRAS, Charities Unit, ROS etc).
m) Comply and ensure the acquired funds are being used for designated purpose.

n) Handle and process grants submission and applications.

o) Coordinate and liaise with internal and external auditors in relation to audit requirements and deliverables, including preparation of audited financial statements

2. HUMAN RESOURCE ADMINISTRATION
a) Compensation and benefits duties pertaining to processing payroll, medical, insurance, leave matters and company staff annual events.
b) Perform e File services for government subsidized approved leaves, CPF contributions and IR8A filing.

3. OFFICE ADMINISTRATION

Perform PA, secretarial functions wherever required
• Oversee the general office administrative function.
• Ensure that all procurement procedures are transparent and in accordance to the Standard Operating Procedures.
• Liaise with the legal advisor on any legal matters regarding contracts and agreements.
• Administer tracking of staff record ( i.e. annual and medical leave)
• Assist in the human resource function including recruitment, arranging interview, appointment, orientation and staff training, etc
• Assist in the submission of grant applications, proposals and claims report
• Organising meeting and assist in the preparation for meeting.
• Coordinate, attend and provide administrative support during Board Meeting.

Technical Competencies:

- At least 5 years working experience, preferably in a VWO environment and possess relevant accounting qualifications

- At least 3 years of audit experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (eg Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for M&E related work including review of detailed designs based on technical feasibility, alignment with project requirements
2. Perform engineering works to support the project
3. Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications/drawings
4. Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors
5. Manage project planning including development of project schedules, monitoring achievement of project milestones
6. Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent
