Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Food & Beverage Management and/or Hospitality and Tourism
• At least 10 years of relevant working experience working in similar roles in the F&B industry
• Good understanding of performance evaluation metrics
• Required to travel from store-to-store frequently
• Required to work on off-office hours as and when required
• Good F&B industry knowledge and familiar with different strategies used by industry players and competitors
• Good know-how in operating mobile digital devices (eg Grabfood, Foodpanda delivery devices)
• Competent with basic financial analysis
• Effective problem-solving skill

Responsibilities

• Involved in Vendor Management, Supply Chain & Quality as well as Operational planning for international gravity surveys
• Work closely with our vendors (suppliers) to process the purchasing needs of the Engineering & Physics teams.
• Co-ordinate the purchasing of components and resources for the business.
• Engage and negotiate with the vendors to secure the best pricing and lead times.
• Manage the creation and organisation of quotations, purchase orders & invoices.
• Reconciliation of invoices within our accounting software.
• Management and internal tracking of delivery schedules.
• Management of local couriers for last mile delivery.
• Survey PlanningCo-ordinate the arrangements required for international gravity survey projects.
• International shipments & customs clearance.
• Travel arrangements for the team: vehicles, accommodation, flights etc.
• Purchasing for survey equipment & supplies.
• Reporting to the Engineering Project Manager.

• Perform all procurement activities such as sourcing, liaison with suppliers, raising of purchase order, compiling of all purchasing documents for submission to accounts
• Handle dormitory on inspection, repairs, programming of cards, documentation on checking in and out, audit trail and others
• Handling of commercial vehciles on arranging for repairs, renew road tax and insurance etc.
• Update of fleet tools management record
• Maintain proper record and filing
• Other duties assigned
• Proficient in MS Office

Description

• Perform scheduling of assignments for corporate clients
• Assign and co-ordinate driving assignments with bus drivers according to clients requirements
• Receive and manage feedbacks. Suggest ideas to improve workflow
• Daily monitoring of transport operations. Coordinate with stakeholders in case of contingencies
• Report and maintain records of incidents and accidents for future review
