Based in Singapore and reporting to the Content Operations Manager in Singapore, this Associate, Content Operations role will be supporting the larger Operations team in Singapore and Korea in title launches.

Responsibilities

• Support the Content Operations team for title launches ensuring all content metadata is available on our content management system (CMS)
• Research on licensed TV shows and movies to fill in the gaps for metadata fields and maintain accurate information on the CMS
• Work closely with designers and copywriters to create title cover art and promotional copies
• Download and organize promotional assets received from content partners to share them with other stakeholders
• Document work to track contents launched
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Content Operations team

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in related field; Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Effective communicator in English and Chinese or Korean
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Premiere Pro
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Meticulous with an eye for detail
• Able to work independently and is resourceful
• Able to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passion in Asian dramas, especially K-Dramas and C-Dramas, is a plus!

This position is responsible for soliciting sales of food and beverage catered events and the execution of the events.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Adhere to the schedule of delivery orders

• Coordinate with a salesperson on customer’s order before delivery

• Proper loading/unloading of catering equipment into the delivery vehicle

• Delivery and collection to island-wide catering places

• Liaise with customers during on-site setup requirement

• Organise set-up & clean-up after each delivery such as buffet reception, seminar events, etc.

• Inventory control for catering equipment used upon collection of orders

• Maintain cleanliness and provide basic service for the assigned delivery vehicle

• Understand and comply with the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements

• Perform any other duties assigned by Operation Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field

• Excellent customer service and ability to interact well with clients

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Must possess a Class 3 driving license with clean records and good driving skills
