Job Description

• Assist in the redesign, development, and rollout of ERM & BCM Framework and Policy
• Develop and standardize risk and BCP templates, leading training initiatives to foster a risk-aware culture across the organization
• Engage with regional offices and partners to ensure alignment and consistency in risk management practices
• Identify key controls, engage with stakeholders, and document risk mitigation strategies
• Lead discussions on evolving risks within each division, translating high-risk areas into actionable BCP strategies
• Drive proactive engagement with Divisional Heads and Team Leads, providing guidance on risk and crisis management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new risk areas and ensure a holistic perspective on operational risk

The Successful Applicant

• 3 years of experience in ERM, BCP or Internal Audit roles from commercial or audit firms
• Strong understanding of operational risk, project risk, financial risk, and technology risk
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders of varying seniority levels
• Ability to manage change initiatives, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus
• Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Operations (Non-Halal)

• To prepare and ensure there are sufficient food items and non-food items to serve to customers

• Ensure all equipment and the entire restaurant are fully-functioning, take actions to initiate repairs where necessary, etc

An Assistant Cook, or Assistant Chef ensures the kitchen is orderly and assists Cooks to prepare and arrange food. Their duties include cleaning the kitchen area, washing dishes and utensils and ensuring that the Cook has everything required to run the kitchen efficiently.

Assistant Cook duties and responsibilities:

• Assisting the Cook in food preparation activities, such as cleaning, cutting, chopping and peeling food ingredients

• Cleaning and sanitising the food preparation areas based on company and industry hygiene codes and health and safety standards

• Washing, disinfecting and properly storing cooking and kitchen utensils and equipment

• Buying, weighing and storing ingredients and food supplies

• Operating a variety of kitchen appliances and instruments including cutters, knives, mixers and ovens

• Managing inventory, unloading supplies and organising the storeroom

• Participates in and/or contributes to programs, committees, or projects designed to improve quality of service and employee productivity.
