• Support the daily operation of all safety and security matters in the lab.
• Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines while handling hazardous materials and operating laboratory equipment.
• Provide expert advice to all staff on all workplace safety and health issues

• Conduct thorough inspections for all work premises assigned and execute all required follow-ups

• Perform routine checks and inspection of assigned laboratories and office to maintain good housekeeping, enforce safety regulations and create safety awareness
• Conduct regular housekeeping and checking of safety equipment of the assigned laboratories and office to ensure compliance to safety regulations.
• Follow up on non-compliant safety inspection findings and ensure the corrective actions are rectified.

Security

• Plan and coordinate all lab security matters.
• Ensure high level of security for the smooth operations of lab.
• Ensure lab’s access is secured and house rules are followed.
• Ensure only authorized persons have accessed to the designated areas.

Assist in other laboratory-related tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors or management

About The Role

• Curriculum Operations Oversight: Participate in the operations of curriculum approval & updates, course fees, academic rules, quota, course registration and acquisition & delivery of course materials, course fees. Resolve issues with precision and timeliness.

The Adventure Programmes Executive conducts programmes to suit the needs of the clients and coordinates these programmes. He/She identifies areas of improvements in these programmes, implements quality control and compliance measures and develops information materials for distribution to clients and volunteers. He/She plans the manpower roster for each programme and guides volunteers in executing programme activities. He/She coordinates with other organisations to execute programmes, manages communications and feedback from stakeholders and conducts outreach activities to other organisations and the community.
