Key Responsibilities:

AV Operations and Maintenance:

• Manage and maintain AV resources, systems, and equipment in the school.
• Provide AV technical support for school events, classroom activities, and other initiatives.

Inventory and Procurement:

• Perform AV inventory management and coordinate maintenance with vendors.
• Oversee the procurement of AV resources as required.

Broadcast and Digital Learning Support

• Assist in school broadcasting activities, such as managing the TV Broadcast System.
• Support the digital learning environment, including operating lecture recording systems.

• Prepare and execute timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audit purposes.
