QC Engineer (Electronics)

Monthly basic salary: $3200 - $4500

Responsibilities:

· Technical transfer product/project in assembly and testing, and from customers

· Provide technical support in manufacturing and testing in product build

· Provide technical support to QC in RMA issue

· Provide technical support to QA in Compliance, Regulatory, Customer & Audit

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in Electronics Engineering

· At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Electronics Manufacturing industry

· Technical competent to handle product/project manufacturing, transfers and troubleshooting

· Experience in product/project, PCBA manufacturing and testing

· Able to liaise with customer on technical matters

· Experience in manufacturing environment with ISO13485 & FDA preferred

· Good communication and problem-solving skills

· Medical product experience and Quality Management System exposure preferred

1. Implements Organization’s Quality Management System and Safety Management System to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements.

2.Review & revise Regulatory Exposition Documents, Company Quality Policy, Quality Procedures including the scope of work & capability list periodically as necessary.

§ Accountable for the quality and quality of every activity, precise knowledge of all aspects of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural, and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary processes.

§ Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents.

§ Develop and determine all standards to perform inspections and tests on all procedures, oversee all testing methods, and maintain high-quality standards for all processes.

Requirements and skills

• Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies
