The candidate shall be responsible for planning, managing and conducting functional and non-functional testing, including application security testing to ensure a high quality system or application.

Areas of Work :
- Be the test specialists who can advise and educate our users on how to identify good and sufficiently comprehensive test cases
- Define testing objectives and test strategy
- Develop a master test plan, indicating the scope, approach, resources and schedule of intended test activities
- Apply testing pyramid concept by identifying type of tests required for a system/ application
- Work with user stakeholders to implement test cases to simulate user requirements with relevant test data
- Automate test cases and be familiar with tools like Tricentis Tosca
- Analyse possible test coverage lapses and discrepancies
- Analyse possible systems’ performance lapses and discrepancies
- Recommend design improvements or corrections throughout the development process regarding performance issue detected
- Incorporate application security testing with guidance and support from security experts and be familiar with security testing tools like Burp, ZAP, Nessus, Fortify SCA, CheckMarx, etc.
- Implement vulnerability scans on a system/application

Requirements:
- Background in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or relevant discipline
- Strong knowledge and experience in software test automation tools (e.g. SonarQube, Tosca)
- Strong scripting skills (e.g. python)
- Strong understanding and experience in cloud technologies
- Strong understanding and practice of Agile projects (e.g. SCRUM)
- Working experience in DevOps automation, containerisation and orchestration will be an advantage

Responsibilities and Duties:

As a Senior Solution Engineer in H2O.ai Professional Services team you will work closely with Technical teams on the Customer side and Product Engineering, Enterprise Support and Sales teams on the H2O side.

Your primary responsibilities would be to

● Be the trusted solutions advisor for our customers and partners and deliver technical professional services to the customer.

● Own and deliver services that include installation, configuration and integration of H2O Machine Learning, Model Management, Generative AU and Cloud products in the customer environment/landscape.

● Provide/gather customer feedback so that you can work with the H2O.ai Engineering team to further enhance our products.

● Translate business cases and requirements into value based technical solutions through the architecture of machine learning workflows and systems from data ingestion to model deployment.

● Architect, design, and implement end to end Predictive and Generative AI Machine Learning and Data Science solutions that help customers realize the value of their investments in H2O.ai products and services.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education and Experience

● Bachelor’s or a higher education degree in Computer Science/Engineering

● Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience with cloud computing/linux systems and architecting end to end data processing pipelines or data intensive enterprise solutions

System/Cloud Architecture Skills

● Excellent understanding of system engineering concepts and good command of working in a linux based environment (OS fundamentals etc). Ubuntu and CentoOS/RHEL mainly.

● Excellent understanding and implementation experience of the cloud ecosystem i.e. what solutions exist on the 3 major clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure) and when/how to use those components

● Excellent understanding and implementation experience with containers and container based orchestration frameworks and leveraging them in the development/solutioning process. Kubernetes and Docker knowledge must have. Virtualization knowledge (vagrant etc.) is a plus.

● Excellent understanding of distributed systems/services architecture and enterprise grade solutions/software

● Good understanding and implementation/integration experience of LDAP, OAuth, OpenID, SSH, TLS, network connectivity, firewalls etc that are required in any enterprise grade service architecture/solution

Programming Languages/Frameworks

● Experience in Python, Java, Bash scripting is a must have. Go, R, Groovy, Scala are a plus

Data Engineering Skills

Job Purpose

The Executive / Senior Engineer is responsible for development and implementation of asset management processes within the Maintenance and Engineering (M&E) Group. The core focus of the job function will be managing and implementing asset management processes to ensure reliability and availability of operating assets.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement asset management plans and processes including spares management, alternate parts, and obsolescence management.

2. Work with maintenance branches to establish and maintain a comprehensive database for spares, tools, and other critical equipment for M&E group.

3. Coordinate with branches on spares and materials requisition, including preparation of approval papers.

4. Manage and coordinate applications and requests for any asset modification within the rail network.

5. Coordinate, collate and prepare performance and maintenance plans and reports across the branches for submission to the authorities.

6. Facilitate and coordinate external projects with LTA and/or external parties. 7. May be required to perform work during night hours and over weekends/public holidays.

Qualifications & Work Experience

1. Degree in Engineering discipline.

2. Knowledge of Asset Management and Quality Management standards such as ISO 9000/14000/18000/55000.

3. Prior work experience in the asset management field or statistical process control will be advantageous.

Skills
